Located in the township of Torquay, Victoria’s surfing and beachside capital, the client’s of this design sought a home that was very private from the street and would allow them to enjoy their luxurious and secluded, resort-style sanctuary.

The entry, living spaces and outdoor terrace enjoy the feature integrated plunge pool and reflection pond which enhances the resort-style ambience they wished to enjoy. The indoor spaces flow out to the outdoor alfresco area, pool and deck making it a great place for entertaining guests.

A sunken living space adds another dimension to the open plan living areas becoming another place to retreat and relax, it also provided the opportunity for low-level feature joinery and a fire place which delineated the living and dining spaces.

The upper level is designated for guests and includes two private bedroom suites, each with ensuites and walk-in robes, and a shared guest lounge between them.
